what if the ring size is different ?

In very rare cases it would be our mistake from workshop , that the diamond ring you had confirmed the order with your given ring size in either European or u.s.a measurements have turned out wrong or slightly not right to fit properly.

In such cases, we would either provide you an option to either resize the product in your country/city and we can bare the resizing charges.

In case, we delivered the right product with correct size, and unfortunately it is not fitting your finger due to misunderstanding, we can communicate to find option to request any client to bring it while traveling on holiday to dubai or we can discuss the issue to resolve it amicably while sharing the shipment expenses among each other.
